3. Payments, Pricing & Delivery

- Physical books are dispatched within 2-4 business days via registered couriers.

4. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
- Physical Books: 14-day statutory unconditional return policy applies if items are intact.
- Digital Ebooks: In accordance with distance contract regulations for instantly delivered digital content, digital products are non-refundable once downloaded or delivered.
